REGISTRATION FORM
It’s time for another exiting season of Essex Soccer.
We will begin practicing in early August, with out games taking place at
Eastern Regional Park beginning in September 2010. Please sign up
early, as some age groups fill up fast. You can pay by check or money
order - no cash please. Make checks payable to Essex Recreation.
You can drop your check off at Essex Recreation Office, or mail to 5502
Kathryn's Court, White Marsh, MD 21162. .

1 child - $75.00
2 children - $120.00
3 or more - $150.00
